Vision Net’s http://www.vision.net 24/7 Technical Assistance Center (TAC) is seeking candidates with strong customer service skills. On-the-job training provides employees the ability to troubleshoot dialup, DSL, email, and network connections in various Windows and Macintosh operating systems. Available shifts include days, nights, and weekends. Vision Net offers competitive wages and benefits to its employees with growth potential from within the company. We are looking for career-minded, reliable team members with a desire to learn.
Qualifications
Applicant should have accurate typing skills, enjoy talking with people, possess strong communication skills, and demonstrate a friendly, patient, and courteous attitude.
Computer and help desk experience, as well as Mac, Linux, and networking skills are a plus.
This is a shift-work position. Applicant must be willing to work days, nights, and weekends (including holidays).
