The keys to success in business are loving what you do and building a great team to work with, said Ward Parkinson, a co-founder of Micron Technology Inc.

"If you pick something and get really good at it and still like it after you get really good at it, it doesn’t matter what it is, you’ll be a financial success," Parkinson told about 30 people at the CFA Society of Idaho’s lunch Friday.

A group of local chartered financial analysts (CFA) as well as several local business students and professors attended the lunch, which was part of the CFA Society’s speaker series that is held throughout the year.
