    “The Superintendent does not believe that licensing of textbook dealers should be politicized. The Superintendent does not review the content of textbooks, this is left to the local school district when making the decision to use curriculum material from a licensed dealer.”

  • Former Wyoming Senator Liz Cheney denounces Trump, Jordan in Mansfield speech

    “The notion that the Republican Party is anywhere close to contemplating putting Jim Jordan into the position of Speaker of the House is something that tells you the level of risk we face in our democracy today,” Cheney said, referring to the Ohio congressman who has emerged as one of the top two Republicans competing to replace McCarthy as speaker.

  • Bozeman ranked No. 3 college town in America

    The ranking points to the growth in the city’s population and the campus enrollment in recent years, “which means a bustling downtown and campus.” The ranking also notes the nearby natural amenities as key to making Bozeman a “paradise for outdoorsy students.”

  • Montana State psychology professor awarded $3.37 million to continue research in partnership with the Blackfeet community

    The National Institutes of Health has funded a new phase of ongoing research into the link between trauma, social connectedness and health in the Blackfeet community, and the Montana State University researcher leading the project hopes it will provide data to enable future community-developed programs focused on improving health.
