  Six months after a statewide task force held its first meetings to discuss possible long-term changes to Montana’s property tax system, they’ve unveiled a set of 12 recommendations that could be debated in the Montana Legislature next year.

• Free Electric Autonomous Shuttle Service Launches In Detroit

  Perhaps this fact is not surprising considering electric vans can be great for fleets that operate daily on shorter routes. In fact, for the recently launched free autonomous shuttle service in Detroit, they may be about perfect.

• Norway’s Wireless EV Charging Roads: A Game Changer

  The wireless charging system operates on the principle of inductive charging, where specialized copper coils generate an electromagnetic field that transfers energy to vehicles equipped with compatible receivers. Norway’s first wireless ev charging road for electric vehicles in Trondheim has been installed by Electreon Wireless, an Israel based company.

• Samsung has unveiled its latest solid-state EV batteries, which promise a 600-mile range, 9-minute charging, and a 20-year lifespan.

  Due to high production costs, these batteries will initially target the “super premium” EV segment. Samsung aims for mass production by 2027 and is also working on more affordable battery solutions.

• Ola’s Roadster e-motorcycles deliver over 120 mph for less than $3,000

  Last August, Indian mobility company Ola Electric announced its upcoming lineup of full-size electric motorcycles. The firm has now provided specs for one family of the bikes, the Roadsters, which boast a range of up to 579 km (360 miles) and a top speed of 194 km/h (121 mph).
