Yellowstone Forever lays off half its staff, suspends educational programs

Bear Paw Development Corporation is a private non-profit organization created for the purpose of administering programs to help improve regional economic conditions in Hill, Blaine, Liberty, Chouteau and Phillips Counties and the Fort Belknap and Rocky Boy's Indian Reservations.
Yellowstone Forever

Yellowstone National Park’s official nonprofit arm has suspended its educational operations and laid off half of its 66 staff members, according to the park’s superintendent and the acting CEO of the nonprofit Yellowstone Forever.

“The reality is that the operating cost of the organization far superseded the current revenue levels,” said park superintendent Cam Sholly.
