It wasn’t that you needed an incredibly disruptive idea, a massive amount of capital, a big network, or a fancy degree to build a successful startup. Sure, all of these would help, but there was something else founders needed.
What I learned during my time at Google Campus is that startups can have all of those things and still fail. Because there are three key things that kill startups fast, and no one is immune to them unless they are aware of them.
