Mark Rivers, founder of the WaterCooler http://www.watercoolerboise.com/About.htm business incubator in downtown Boise, has launched a $50,000 fund http://techboise.com/watercooler-announces-potential-grants-for-earliest-stage-entrepreneurs to help early stage startups develop or research new technology, inventions or equipment.
