Washington State Department of Commerce’s Innovation Clusters Accelerator in the news

Christmas came early for champions of #innovationcluster strategy in the United States! The House’s passage of the $1.7B #omnibusbill includes $500M to begin the Regional Technology and Innovation Hub Program, administered by the U.S. Economic Development Administration. This represents the beginning of significant U.S. investment in what much of the world refers to as innovation clusters; jump starting collaboration between the private sector, government, academic institutions, and other key partners to drive innovation and economic growth in semiconductors and other tech sectors.
