Wales is piloting $2,100-per-month guaranteed income for former foster youth

A new Wales guaranteed-income pilot focuses on 18-year-olds aging out of the country’s care system. With payments of more than $2,000 a month for two years, it’s set to be the highest amount offered for an income pilot anywhere in the world.
