Unique Co-Ownership House Opportunity in Bozeman, Montana
I’m writing to let you know about a unique opportunity in Bozeman Cohousing. As you may have heard, we are currently sold out. However, we have a current member looking to co-own his home with another household on a time-share basis.
This is a great opportunity to live and participate in the Bozeman Cohousing community on a part-time annual basis. If you are interested, please see the introduction below from our member, Garl, and contact him directly with questions related to co-ownership.
If you have any general questions for the Bozeman Cohousing membership team, please contact me at [email protected].
Sincerely,
Kathleen

Dear Friend of Bozeman Cohousing,
My name is Garl Germann, and I’m seeking a co-owner for my home in Bozeman Cohousing. Thank you for taking the time to read this introduction. I would be interested in discussing a variety of partnership options that would translate to a percentage of joint ownership and tenancy. Specifically, I’m looking for someone who would like to live in Bozeman Cohousing during the summer and part of the spring/fall up to 6 months a year. Some of the requirements for this partnership would include splitting the down payment, splitting the mortgage and COA payments, co-signing on the loan, and participation in the community while in residence. If you’d like to learn more, please contact me at 406-580-1812 or [email protected].
Our reserved home is a 3-bed, 1.5-bath two-story townhouse, a little over a 1100 square feet. It is situated directly next to the Common House located within our community atrium on the “front yard” side, and it has a small private backyard. Our home also includes a single space in a detached two-car garage. Bozeman is a wonderful place to live, especially in the summer. I think this would be a terrific opportunity for someone to live seasonally in Bozeman and enjoy being involved in our community.
Best regards,
Garl
