Turn Montana’s Colleges of Technology, Dillon, Havre, Butte, Billings into community colleges

A recent Missoulian article (Oct. 8) on Montana’s colleges of technology had some reference to the Montana Board of Regents contemplating turning the COTs into community colleges.

Montana needs to overhaul its university system; properly, its "higher education system."
