The Town Pump Charitable Foundation provides substantial funding to support volunteer fire departments and first responders in Montana, periodically offering dedicated grant cycles of up to $750,000 to help them cover costs for equipment, training, and clothing.
The Foundation awards dedicated Firefighter Equipment Grants and EMT & Ambulance Service Grants. These funds frequently cover:
- Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
- Self-Contained Breathing Apparatus (SCBA)
- Hoses, thermal imaging cameras, radios, and gas monitors
- Emergency medical and quick-response tools
