New Perspectives, Growing Impact

There’s a special kind of energy that comes from new perspectives—and we’re feeling it in a big way as we welcome two international fellows from Moldova and Bangladesh, Corina and Mim. Over the next three months, they’ll learn alongside us, contribute to projects, and share their own experiences and insights. We’re thrilled to have them as part of our team and can’t wait to see the connections and ideas that take shape during their time here. A big thank you to Carmen McSpadden for connecting us to this opportunity! If you are in the Bozeman area, please come meet Corina and Mim at the alumni gathering on April 9 at the Element.

We’re also looking ahead with excitement as we received 64 applications for the next Flagship Class! A sincere thank you to our selection committee—your time, care, and discernment make this process not only possible, but meaningful. Your help ensures each class reflects the depth, diversity, and perspective our state needs. The final list for the Class of 2027 will be released in May.

And to our current class: your first State of the World conversation in Great Falls last month was a powerful reminder of why this work matters. Watching you lean into curiosity, practice civility, and stay open to differing perspectives is exactly what Leadership Montana is all about. Keep going—you’re building something important.
