The Horizons antipoverty initiative that the Choteau community undertook last winter has yielded a number of projects that have the potential to expand community opportunities and potential for people of all income brackets.

In the months since the Horizons Circles project concluded, four different steering committees have been pioneering projects selected by popular vote at the Circles finale. Those projects include:
