Topics that will be discussed include:

· A clear statement of our vision for economic vitality – where do we want to be ten years from now?

· Clear measures of success – how will we measure our progress?

· Identification of the strategies and tactics that are most likely to help us reach our goals.

· Clear identification of the roles and responsibilities of the agencies/organizations responsible for implementing the strategies and tactics.

· A plan for how those agencies can be best resourced in order to accomplish their assignments.

· A process through which the plan will receive on-going review and evaluation, and how we all will be held accountable for our results.

The Summit is a critical first step in the development of our plan – we promise to make it dynamic, exciting, and action-oriented! Please join us as we go to work to clearly define our vision, goals, roles and commitment to helping our Region thrive!!
