Science and tech economic development group will hold national convention in Portland

Portland, already scheduled to host several technology conferences this year, has landed another.

The State Science & Technology Institute — an economic development association focused on technology — will hold its annual convention in downtown Portland this September.

SSTI is a nonprofit that promotes government and industry partnerships focused on economic development around science and technology.
