School safety issues in rural Montana to be discussed during Sept. 29 ‘Montana Ag Live’

School safety issues in rural Montana will be the topic during an episode of "Montana Ag Live" airing at 6 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 29, on MontanaPBS.

In addition to a panel, the program includes special guest John Dudley from School Crisis Management in Lincoln, Neb. Dudley is an educational consultant, author and speaker who has helped school districts across the country prepare for and respond to school tragedies. The panel will be moderated by MSU professor emeritus Jack Riesselman.

The program will repeat Sunday, Oct. 6, at 11 a.m.

Montana Ag Live is a regular call-in information program dealing with agricultural and gardening issues in Montana. Presented by MontanaPBS in association with Montana State University Extension, the program invites experts onto the panel to discuss everything from pesticide use to large-scale agricultural techniques to backyard gardening questions.
