The Trinity project is a collaboration between Homeword, Missoula Housing Authority (MHA) and
BlueLine Development to provide housing that is affordable to Missoula’s workforce (172 units),
Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) to neighbors who are unhoused and most vulnerable (30 units),
and a Navigation Center offering supportive housing services to Missoulians who are unhoused.
The Trinity Navigation Center is intended to enhance our community’s ability to transform our system
into a sustainable continuum of options that serve all Missoulians who are unhoused. It will be a hub of
the Missoula Coordinated Entry System (MCES) and central access point to serve neighbors who are
unhoused.

As part of this process and in its role as master leaseholder for the navigation center space, the City of
Missoula is seeking information from interested partners to build a concrete services program at the
Trinity Navigation Center and act as lead service provider. Partners should share their expertise and
insights about the specific needs of navigation and resource center programs as they relate to housing
support and navigation services, operations, funding, and capacity building.

The City of Missoula and Corporation for Supportive Housing (CSH) partnered to create a vision for the
Navigation Center. City and County leadership is supportive of this new resource and committed to
finding the right partner to bring that vision to life.
