Before the pilot launch, the question I worried about most wasn’t safety or tech related. It was whether people would understand what they were looking at when they passed by a Sky Cycle.

A cycle. In an airport. At the gate. I’d read that inventions almost always feel obvious to the inventor, so I braced for potential blank stares. 🫣

Then we launched at the Missoula International Airport. Travelers walked up, scanned the QR code, and rode. Nobody wondered why it was there. A few people wandering by said “what is this”, with genuine curiosity, and the second they got it…they got it completely.

That’s the validation you can’t fake with a slide deck or stats: you only get it when real people interact with your idea in a real world setting.
