REACHMDConsult Inc., an Augusta, Ga.-based company that uses Internet technology to allow remote diagnosis of certain stroke victims, emerged from a field of more than 50 preliminary entrants from across Georgia to become the inaugural winner of the TAG/GRA New Business Launch Competition. REACHMDConsult will receive $100,000 in seed money and $150,000 worth of professional services.
