Pre-K education too important for Montana politics

This is Gov. Bullock’s third run at instituting public early childhood education. Montana is one of a dwindling handful of states that offers little or none. Even very conservative states like Alabama offer quality pre-K education. Why? Because the benefits are demonstrable and substantial.
