For our next episode of the Marketing Cloudcast, we’ve brought in Yeva Roberts. Yeva is Senior Director of Strategic Alliances at PFL with a background in digital marketing and direct mail. PFL is a Montana-based marketing technology company that offers printing, mailing, and fulfillment. Their claim to fame is that they are America’s first online-only e-commerce print shop.

According to Yeva, “I think direct mail is often forgotten as a productivity hack. So, what I mean by that is just because you might not have email addresses on file, doesn’t mean that you don’t have physical mailing addresses for those same customers or prospects in your database. And it’s much easier to append a physical mailing address and capture one than it is email.”
