New Virtual Handshake – Candidate uses Internet TV channel in political campaign

TV Worldwide, the first web-based global TV network, announced that it had been selected by Rhode Island’s Committee to Elect Frank Caprio to launch the first Internet TV channel for use in a political campaign, Caprio TV . The launch of the channel is attracting national attention for Caprio, who has already won past awards for his campaign web site and its content.
