More Montana college grads finding work in Montana

More Montana college graduates are finding jobs inside the state instead of leaving — and that’s a message that University System leaders want everyone, especially legislators, to hear.

Some 78 percent of recent Montana graduates found jobs within the state in 2012 — an increase from 72 percent five years before, according to a workforce report presented this month to the state Board of Regents.
