Montana’s lone student loan servicer Student Assistance Foundation announces major ‘restructuring’

Executives with the Helena-based Student Assistance Foundation http://www.safmt.org/ confirmed it was in the midst of an ongoing "restructuring" hastened, at least in part, by an expected 40 percent loss in clients by the end of the year.
