Montana’s 2020 election – What you need to know as candidates compete for your vote

With a wide array of Montana offices up for election this year, the state’s voters have consequential ballots to ponder in the June 2 primary, after which each party’s winning candidates will advance to the general election Nov. 3.

Montana Free Press has prepared this guide to help Montana voters with those decisions by collecting links to campaign websites and social media accounts, asking candidates about their positions on key issues, crunching campaign finance data, and compiling election headlines from across the state. We’ve also dug up answers to questions Montanans may have about the logistics of voting as the COVID-19 pandemic plays out.
