Montana World Affairs Council – Academic WorldQuest Recap & Upcoming Events!

The Council kicked off Women’s History Month on March 1st in Whitefish, Montana with a sold out dinner and speaker event on “How Women Foster Peace in Times of Crisis” with Bina Nepram, Founder of Global Alliance of Indigenous Peoples, Gender Justice and Peace, and former Senior Advisor on Indigenous Issues for the U.S. Institute of Peace.

The following day, we welcomed more than 500 high school students from 31 high schools to the University of Montana for our 20th annual Academic WorldQuest Conference where we celebrated indigenous cultures in Montana and around the world. Over three days, students:
