In this webinar we will identify the seven options you have when facing conflict. We will discuss costs and benefits of each response. And, we will consider strategies for responding to tough situations more effectively. You will leave with a better understanding of your reactions as well as options for improving your responses in the future.

Kristin Donahue, owner of Employment Dimensions Consulting Services, is an enthusiastic champion of employee engagement and retention. She is a skilled trainer, experienced consultant, and results-driven coach. With over 10 years experience in the human resources field and consulting independently for the last 4 years, she has worked with businesses of all sizes and in all industries including health care, banking, non-profits, community action, and education. Kristin has a wealth of knowledge in creative engagement strategies and effective human resource structures.
