Montana State University lights Montana Hall in honor of student entrepreneurs’ sweep over Griz in competition
Montana Hall will be lit the night of Tuesday, April 19, to recognize Montana State University students who swept the top awards at an annual business startup competition held at the University of Montana last week.
“We light Montana Hall on any occasion our student teams beat the Grizzlies, and they certainly did that last week,” said MSU President Waded Cruzado. “We are very proud of them.”
The students were competing in the 33rd annual John Ruffatto Business Startup Challenge, which was held Friday, April 15, on the UM campus in Missoula. Competing teams pitched their best business ideas to several panels of judges for a share of awards and funding.
