Montana State University-Billings College of Technology adding career program. Montana Career Clusters

The MDT Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Program encourages and supports the participation of companies owned and controlled by socially and economically disadvantaged individuals in transportation contracts.

Students uncertain about what career to pursue will get a boost from a new program being created at Montana State University-Billings College of Technology.

The college received a $75,000 federal grant through the Workforce Investment Act to develop a career-cluster program, said Tammi Miller, director of student services and associate registrar.

A career-cluster program helps students streamline their education from high school through college into a career.
