Montana Early Childhood Project at MSU receives grant to create new provider registry
The project has received a $42,000 grant to create a new registry for home visitors and early intervention specialists who work with infants or toddlers who have significant developmental delays or disabilities.
A Montana State University program designed to strengthen the quality of programs and services for Montana’s young children and their families has received a grant to expand its reach.
The Montana Early Childhood Project, an outreach program of the MSU College of Education, Health and Human Development’s Department of Health and Human Development, works closely with partner organizations across the state to promote professional development for individuals who work in licensed early childhood facilities. On a national level, it is actively involved in the National Workforce Registry Alliance and other organizations to promote a knowledgeable and skilled early childhood workforce.
