The Montana Department of Transportation wants to hear about all those times you were stuck in traffic downtown on South 27th Street while a freight train rumbled by for what felt like an hour.

On Monday, representatives from MDT will be in Billings to meet with the public as they seek input on a feasibility study designed to find short-term and long-term solutions for the railroad that bisects South 27th Street.
