Level One Technical Support

Job Description:

1. Answer technical support lines in downtown Missoula office from 8:30am to 5:00pm* Monday through Friday.

2. Provide first level customer phone technical support.

3. Answer technical support job tickets and support forum posts.

4. Identify customers who need support renewal and refer to sales support staff.

5. Route technical issues according to level of complexity.

6. Works with senior level technical support.

Requirements

1. Good phone skills required. You must be able to convey that you are a good "People Person" by how you communicate over the phone, as 100% of our customer base has no physical presence in Montana.

2. Good organizational skills.

3. Background in computers a must! Solid understanding of network configurations.

4. Ability to assimilate knowledge in a rapidly evolving environment.

5. Ability maintain focus and priorities while multi-tasking.

6. Fluent in Windows operating systems.

7. Detail oriented.

8. Strong communication skills.

Familiarity with Windows Terminal Server, and or Citrix a plus.

Compensation

Starting pay will depend on your level of experience. The job will be well-compensated. In most cases, we will be able to match or better your current level of pay and provide you with Benefits including: eligibility after 1st year of matching 401K, two weeks paid vacation per year, *flexible arrival / departure time, and a much better working environment than is provided by most other Missoula companies.
