Must have experience in providing exceptional technical, and customer service support to corporate networks for LAN/WAN, WiFi, and VOIP services. Extraordinary customer service support skills, both on-site and over the phone are required. Applicant must be very organized, detail oriented, and a self starter with exceptional communication and troubleshooting skills who enjoys a fun, fast paced office. Must have degree in related field and/or 2-4 yrs of related work experience.
