Missoulian Reduces Print Edition to 3 Days a Week. No Sunday Paper

Your story lives at the heart of your community, and the Missoulian covers it all. Reporting on the news that matters most is what we do, all day, every day – from politics to education and entertainment to the latest on your favorite sports teams.
This year, we have had to adapt to some outside forces affecting the local news industry, such as shifts in advertising trends, increasing newsprint costs, and the job market.
Beginning July 11, our print edition will shift publication to three days each week: Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays. Additionally, your paper will be delivered via U.S. mail rather than a carrier. This means you will receive the newspaper in your mailbox, along with your daily mail delivery.
Every day, you can still find the best of local and national news and features on our digital platforms, at missoulian.com, and on our mobile app, our newsletters, our social media channels, and our E-edition — the electronic replica of our print edition and is new every day, seven days a week. The E-edition is accessible on our website or via our app. Look for the daily email we send every morning pointing you to each day’s E-edition. If you love a daily print edition, the E-edition will be your new best friend. Here’s more on our E-edition.
As a newspaper subscriber, you already have access to our website and mobile app. If you haven’t yet activated your digital account: simply go to missoulian.com/activate, or call (866) 839-6397.
If you have any questions about changes, call (866) 839-6397 or manage your account online at missoulian.com/users/admin. With these changes to the delivery and publication of our print edition, we have updated our subscription terms, available at missoulian.com/terms.
As our print newspaper goes through a transformation, the truly important things remain the same: We’re still a team of dedicated local journalists who work for your local news company. We live here, we work here, and we are part of the fabric of this community. And we couldn’t do this important work without you.
Sincerely,
Rob Chaney
