Missoula police remind dog owners of city leash ordinance

The nice weather is certainly prompting Missoula’s dogs to stretch their legs for a run or a good, brisk walk. But in most of Missoula’s public places, our best friends need to be on a leash.

The ordinance also prohibits tying a dog to a light pole, parking meter, bicycle rack, tree, or other objects on public property.
