Missoula mayor declares a houselessness and sheltering state of emergency

Houselessness continues to be a big problem throughout the Treasure State, especially in Missoula where the city continues to look for solutions to the massive problem.

Friday morning Missoula Mayor Jordan Hess declared a houselessness and sheltering state of emergency.

The mayor said this is a problem without an immediate easy solution, as the pandemic related funding to help address homelessness has dried up.
