Missoula County Public Schools superintendent, Alex Apostle, to roll out initiative to keep students in school

Missoula County Superintendent Alex Apostle is about to unveil a new initiative designed to keep students in school.

But he’s quick to say it’s not his initiative.

"This isn’t an Alex Apostle thing, or even just a school thing," the superintendent said. "This is a Missoula thing, and that’s what will make it work."

The initiative, which features a Web site called http://www.graduationmattersmissoula.org, will go public on Tuesday at 10:30 a.m. in a press event at the new education building at the University of Montana.
