Mental-health services hard to find in E. Montana

There is little disagreement about what needs to be done to make sure people with mental illnesses receive appropriate treatment without being treated like criminals.

Creating community-based treatment centers that would provide help as close to home as possible for everyone who needs it is a solution that would generate few objections.
