Meadowview Village Releases Pricing- Starting at $275,900 for New Homes in Great Falls, Montana

Meadowview Village has released pricing for its new-home community in Great Falls, giving prospective buyers their first opportunity to compare specific home plans, sizes and pricing online.

The 163-home community is being developed by Montana-based Upslope Group near Central Avenue and 46th Street South. Buyers at Meadowview Village will own both their home and the land beneath it, with homes installed on permanent foundations.

Current plans include two-, three- and four-bedroom homes, with pricing starting at $275,900. Buyers can now use Meadowview Village’s online Design Your Home tool to compare floor plans, view home interiors and exterior options, and see current pricing.

Meadowview Village (Main website linked here) is designed to add another path to homeownership in a Great Falls market where much of the existing housing stock is older and new construction can be difficult for many buyers to reach. The community will also include shared green spaces and planned amenities including a clubhouse, fitness center, two indoor pickleball courts, playground and dog park.

Pre-sales are now underway, and buyers can begin the financing, home-selection and lot-selection process before construction of the community is complete.
