MAPS to return as in-school offering in Corvallis

The Corvallis School Board on Tuesday approved the reintroduction of an in-school program partnership with the MAPS Media Institute http://www.mapsmediainstitute.com/ contingent upon securing $100,000 in grants.

Corvallis Superintendent Tim Johnson said the partnership brings the program full circle.

"We are excited at the opportunity to provide Corvallis students in high school and middle school with this motivating and effective program that had its beginning in Corvallis in 2004," Johnson said.
