Lower jobless rate creating hiring issues for employers

Owners and managers of businesses as varied as vehicle lubrication, hotels, restaurants and construction say they’re having more trouble hiring skilled, semi-skilled and entry-level workers.

Some say it’s at least partly because of the tightening job market and the improving Great Falls economy.
