Let’s improve Billings, Montana’s energy conservation

With the goal of an energy cost savings plan for Billings, our Coalition found over a year ago that there was much to learn about the city’s current practices. Since Councilmember Penny Ronning introduced the idea to the council, we have met with numerous city department heads and community leaders. Here is a sample of our findings:
