Leadership Montana

Authentic Leadership Takes Root This Fall

What an energizing start to the fall! Earlier this month, we launched our Masters Class in beautiful White Sulphur Springs and Ringling, where we gathered in the historic Ringling Church to explore what it means to lead with authenticity and vision. And last week, our Flagship Class came together in Butte—and the energy was electric! Both groups are already building strong bonds, diving deep into learning, and reminding us all why leadership rooted in connection and community matters so much in Montana.

Although these journeys for the Class of 2026 are just beginning, we’re already thinking about the next Flagship Class cohort. Applications open on December 1, and you, our treasured alumni, are our best recruiters. We need your help! Do you know someone ready for a transformative leadership experience? Please encourage them to apply by sharing the opportunity to grow with a quick phone call or coffee chat. Once you’ve got them interested, potential applicants can learn more by attending our Flagship Information Session via Zoom on December 10 at noon—a great opportunity to ask questions and hear directly from our team about the experience.

And to our female alumni, don’t forget to register for our annual Women’s Retreat! It’s a wonderful opportunity to reconnect, recharge, and reflect with fellow women leaders from across the state. New this year, the retreat is now open to non-alumni, so gather your girlfriends and join us at Chico Hot Springs, Dec 3-4. I hope to see you there!

Lead on, friends, and happy Fall,
