Paul Tuss of Havre is the executive director of Bear Paw Development Corp., a nonprofit organization that specializes in coordinating economic development. He is also a former Democratic candidate for the state Senate District 14 seat, a bid he narrowly lost in November.

As interviews for this series were conducted and the question of whether Havre was dying or evolving was being explored, two specific ideas kept popping up: That covetous Montana lifestyle and how broadband internet will enable more people to live it.
