Investors put $5 million into Boise-based Balihoo

Balihoo http://balihoo.com/ , a Boise company that provides local marketing automation technology and services to national brands that advertise in local markets, received $5 million in financing to add jobs and market itself, said CEO Pete Gombert.
Balihoo provides software and services that allow national brand affiliates to set up local marketing using technology.
"The market needs what we have, and they’re buying it," he said.
