Interior Secretary Burgum Wants Foreign Visitor Fees, $1B Cut To National Parks

Interior Secretary Doug Burgum wants to charge fees for foreigners visiting America’s national parks, as well as cut $1 billion from their budgets. Burgum defended the plan Wednesday during a Senate hearing.
