Intel is adding jobs again, seeking new skills from a new generation

Google, Facebook, Twitter and many other rapidly growing Internet companies are scooping up software developers by the score. Other programmers go to work at startups, where they can invent whole new categories of technology and reap enormous payoffs should their young companies make it big.
