Idaho National Laboratory accepting community grant applications
The Idaho National Laboratory has opened the application period for its community grants. INL will award grants on behalf of corporate funding from Battelle Energy Alliance, which operates the lab for the U.S. Department of Energy.
INL’s Community Engagement programs support registered 501(c)(3) charitable organizations that provide for the basic needs of community members and underserved groups. Community grants will be awarded to selected nonprofit programs that align with INL’s mission while benefiting our local and regional communities.
“Battelle Energy Alliance believes a vibrant community is essential for INL’s mission and workforce,” said John Revier, INL director of External Engagement and Communications. “This belief drives our community giving philosophy, which focuses on initiatives that enhance opportunities for economic development and civic engagement.”
