Hospital files lawsuit against CEO search firm

The search firm Bozeman Health Services used to hire its recently fired CEO failed to find felony theft convictions on his record, a piece of information the hospital board said would have swayed it from hiring him in the first place, according to a lawsuit filed Wednesday.
